Ramallah Underground
It’s funny that you sometimes bump into the most interesting links from the most unlikely places. Take tonight. I just pm’d a guy on Soulseek to compliment him on his music collection and he points me to his site which contains a load of his work which has a nice down-tempo feel reminiscent of Warp Records, but with a unique Arabic twist to it.
Well, I’m always up for giving interesting music a plug so check the site and download some of Boikutts stuff.

BBC Radio Player
One of the best things about getting ADSL is the ability you suddenly have to listen to streaming music without it cutting out every 5 seconds, due to lack of bandwidth. Now I can listen to Radio Nottingham in the heat of the Songkhla summer. Why I enjoy this I do not know as I used to hate it back in England.
By the way if you’re still on shitband..the BBC radio Player does work fairly reliably, but the quality of the sound is a bit variable.

The Classroom 2
Here’s one my students would love. A game dedicated to cheating in tests. Very nice little concept, you copy your friends work while avoiding the teachers line of sight. The authors grasp of English is not too hot but it’s a fun, rewarding game to explore.
I’m currently at the Henningan level.

modernatomic.com - what about girls?
A most enlightening and very po-faced pamphlet for servicemen in WWII on the dangers of shagging birds, both the variety you pay for and the ones who just fancy a quickie for free. The message is very clear, we don’t mind what you lads do, but we’re going to lock you sweet 16 slapper in a filthy jail cell, so don’t for her sake. Here’s a bit more blurb from the referring page.
Published in 1943 by the Division of Social Protection of the Office of Community War Services, the author is none other than Eliot Ness of ‘The Untouchables’ fame.
Other charming titles in the series include “What About Our Japanese-Americans?”, “The Negro And The War”, and “Workers and Bosses Are Humans”.

Crazy Uses For Coca Cola!
No really this is a mine of useful information associated with our favourite brown corporate liquid that used to be made from cocaine. You might otherwise like to pretend I didn’t send you to a shitty tripod hosted site with some of the most unimaginative design I’ve ever seen.
Ah well, sometimes content is king on the Interweb.

This Page Intentionally Left Blank
Apparently a nod to the old print tradition of informing the reader of the author’s intention of leaving a page blank this site’s aim is to recruit members to have similar on their own sites. I can’t see it catching on somehow….
Just incase you were wondering, the initial, sparse text on the page IS a link.
